David Wade
Construction Director

Having joined Moorgarth in March 2016 as Construction Director, David is responsible for all the group’s capital building programmes. A professionally qualified technical expert, he brings with him a wealth of retail property experience, gained in particular during his time as Construction Director at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc.

David has successfully delivered numerous capital projects for the group and his expertise in contract procurement, programme delivery, construction management and cost control help guide us through the complex world of construction.
