We formed Moorgarth Property Management Limited (MPML) in 2015 to manage the extensive assets of the Moorgarth Group, joint venture partners and other clients. For us, this is a growing sector of our business and key to the success of our portfolio and those of our clients.

MPML manages assets including shopping centres, retail parks, commercial office buildings and industrial sheds. While the focus is on getting the basics right first time, our experience enables us to add value to the assets, generating greater returns for our clients.

We act as trusted advisors to our clients and cover the full breadth of financial services, from rent collection and statutory compliance to service charge budgeting and management. Our cutting-edge Facilities Management team ensures that health and safety compliance and sustainability are at the forefront of site management. We also help our clients make informed asset decisions, and ensure they benefit from accurate lease management, properly insured assets and savings continually being sought through regular procurement exercises.
