Heading up Moorgarth Property Management Limited since January 2016, Carl is responsible for managing a variety of properties, from shopping centres to commercial offices. Most importantly, his role is to ensure Moorgarth creates maximum value from these assets on behalf of their owners.

Building up to this role, Carl has worked on all sides of the retail fence, from retailer to shopping centre director, from global agency to client side. Most recently, he led the Jones Lang LaSalle London retail property business before moving to commercial real estate agents, Cushman & Wakefield, as Head of UK Retail Property Management.
