In September 2017 Alison joined Moorgarth to focus on the Market Place Shopping Centre, Bolton and to take it to it’s next phase of redevelopment.  Alison will be taking a proactive approach in identifying opportunities and implementing appropriate management strategies with a very practical and hands on approach.  A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Alison comes with considerable commercial property experience and has the resolve and skills required to seek further opportunities for investment and growth.
