Daryll Bunce
Director of Innovation

Daryll joined Moorgarth in August 2018 as Director of Innovation.  His role spans leasing activities across the group, as well as supporting the introduction of new business and income models in a rapidly changing market.

Daryll started his career at Cushman & Wakefield/DTZ, moving across to Westfield Europe, to work in the leasing and new revenue businesses, and subsequently working in Malmo delivering global brands to a flagship mall development at the heart of the Greater Copenhagen Regeneration Area.

He then worked within South Africa on the flagship Mall of Africa development, opening the retail market to a wide range of global brands.  For the past 6 years he has spent the majority of his time in Sweden working for pension fund AMF Fastigheter within their master plan redevelopment of the downtown core of Stockholm.  This role has encompassed the delivery of new retailers to Sweden, working within the team delivering Sweden’s first retail technology platform for a landlord, and working within design, delivery and media content teams in-house.

Daryll is RICS Qualified and is a member of the Nordic Council of Shopping Centers where he is a regular participant and speaker on retail matters in a rapidly changing market.
