David Waterworth

David joined Moorgarth in November 2013, following our acquisition of the Market Place Bolton Shopping Centre. Here, he’s been responsible for intensive asset management, helping transform the site into a unique retail and leisure destination.

David is also closely involved with other shopping centres, retail parks and high street assets. For example, his hands-on, pro-active approach across all aspects of asset management is central to our significant enhancement proposals for the recently acquired Broad Street Mall in Reading.

Before joining us, David worked for some of the largest property investors in the UK, including Standard Life, RREEF and Aberdeen Property Investors. He has over 28 years’ experience in property investment and asset management.
