A key member of the Moorgarth team since 2011, Philip manages 10 properties throughout England and Scotland, these include the group’s Leeds office portfolio, Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre in Glasgow, and the Westbourne Centre, also in Glasgow.

Philip’s role includes a wide range of lease negotiations, development appraisal and project management, valuation and due diligence on asset sales and acquisitions. He draws on 15 years’ property experience, nine of these in commercial property agency, appraisal and valuation across all sectors of the real estate market. He was previously part of the National Investment Team at BNP Paribas Real Estate and has dealt with a variety of investor and retail clients, including Standard Life Investments, Sainsbury’s, British Waterways and Nationwide Building Society, as well as many private clients.
